Agency of Record

One Team. Every Channel. Marketing That Works Together.

Strategy to Execution. All Under One Roof.

Hiring one agency for SEO, another for ads, another for creative, and hoping they talk to each other doesn't work.

We run full omni-channel marketing — strategy, creative, media, web, email, and analytics — as one integrated team that already knows your business.

Your Marketing Department, Without the Overhead

You shouldn’t have to manage five vendors to run a marketing program. When your SEO team doesn’t talk to your paid media team, when your email agency has never seen your brand guidelines, when nobody’s looking at the full picture — you get fragmented work and wasted budget. An Agency of Record changes that.

We operate as your outsourced marketing department. A senior strategist leads your account and sees everything — the website, the ad spend, the content calendar, the email flows, the analytics. One team with full context, making decisions that actually connect. You get the firepower of a full department with the consistency and accountability of a small team that knows your business inside out.

Lasting partnerships. Big results. Steady growth.

How We Get There

01.

Deep Dive & Audit

We start by learning your business the way an in-house team would. Brand positioning. Customer segments. Revenue model. Current marketing channels — what's running, what's working, and what's being ignored. We pull data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Search Console, SEMrush, and your email platform. No surface scans. We go account by account until we understand the full picture.

03.

Execution Across Channels

This is where most agencies hand you a plan and wish you luck. We execute it. Paid media campaigns in Google and Meta. SEO and content production. Email flows in Klaviyo or your platform of choice. Website updates and landing pages. Creative assets. All coordinated, all under one roof, all with full context of what the other channels are doing.

05.

Quarterly Strategy Reviews

Every quarter we zoom out. What's working. What's shifted in the market. Where the next opportunity is. We adjust the roadmap, reallocate budget, and set new targets. Your strategy evolves as your business grows — it's not a static document collecting dust.

02.

Strategy & Roadmap

We build a phased marketing plan across every channel that makes sense for your business. Budget allocation. Campaign priorities. Content direction. SEO targets. Quarterly milestones tied to real business outcomes — not vanity metrics. You get a clear roadmap with owners, timelines, and KPIs you can actually track.

04.

Reporting & Optimization

Monthly reporting through Looker Studio that ties every channel back to revenue. Not separate reports from separate teams — one unified view. We meet monthly to review performance, flag what's changing, and reprioritize. Strategy stays alive. Nothing runs on autopilot.

Built for Partnership, Not Projects

One team, full context

The person managing your ads has read your brand guidelines. The person writing your emails knows what's happening in paid media. No silos. No "that's not my department."

Senior people on every channel

You're not paying for a strategist and getting an intern. Senior leads run every discipline — strategy, creative, media, SEO, email. No learning curves on your budget.

Accountability you can measure

We tie everything to business outcomes and report on it monthly. If something isn't working, we say so and fix it. No hiding behind impressions.

What's Included

Your Marketing Department Is Waiting

We’ll be in touch within 1 business day:

Carolina Loureiro

Project Manager

Carolina knows that creativity without structure is just noise. With a background in audiovisual and international cultural productions, she brings operational precision to creative environments — turning complex moving parts into clear, executable workflows. At DeFrance, she’s the bridge between strategy and execution: the person who makes sure nothing gets lost between the initial brief and the final deliverable. Her focus is simple: keep the process smooth so the work can be great.

Gabriel Louback

Copywriter

Gabriel is a storyteller, which sounds simple until you understand what he means by it.

With over 20 years of experience across journalism, brand strategy, and copywriting, he has written for brands like Coca-Cola, Jack Daniel’s, Heineken, Ford, Maersk, Mercedes-Benz, and Pfizer; and spent a decade doing communications work for humanitarian nonprofits. The breadth is real. But the through line is always the same: he listens until a brand’s story feels like his own, and then writes it that way.

That’s what makes his copy feel lived-in rather than manufactured. Whether he’s writing for a fly fishing lodge in Mexico or a climbing gym in Asheville, Gabriel brings genuine curiosity, deep listening, and the ability to turn what a brand is into something an audience actually feels.

Margaret DeFrance

Chief Creative Officer & Business Development Director

Margaret leads creative vision and business development at DeFrance Digital, which, in practice, means she’s the person who makes the work look inevitable.

With a background in fine art and over a decade of experience spanning creative direction, sales, and marketing, Margaret brings something rare to every project: the ability to see a brand clearly and translate that clarity into design, messaging, and strategy that actually resonates.

Before DeFrance Digital, she built a career closing deals and leading creative for clients across industries; developing the kind of commercial instincts that most creative directors never have to sharpen. That combination of artistic eye and sales intelligence is what makes her such a powerful advocate for the brands she works with.

At DeFrance Digital, Margaret oversees brand identity, website design, and creative direction – and works directly with clients from the first conversation to the final deliverable. If the work feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably on-brand, Margaret’s fingerprints are on it.

Martin DeFrance

CMO, Founder

Martin founded DeFrance Digital on a simple but rare premise: the person who owns the agency runs your account. No handoffs, no account managers passing messages up the chain; just direct access to a senior strategist who is personally invested in your growth.

With over a decade in digital marketing, Martin has built and scaled brands across outdoor adventure, medical aesthetics, natural products, and more. Before DeFrance, he served as Director at Volume Nine and currently holds the CMO role at Cultivate Management Group (a network of outdoor adventure companies across the Southeast).

He’s the strategist, the account lead, and the person you’ll hear from on Monday morning.
